Montessori in Stoke Bishop, Bristol

 

Welcome to Stoke Bishop Montessori. We provide a dedicated and unique learning environment for children aged 2 to 5 years old.

 

Set within a spacious 1920s house with large mature gardens we have been providing exceptional care and education since 2003. Our environment offers a calm and peaceful space filled with stimulating resources where children can develop in a natural and individual way.

We follow the Montessori method which is an educational approach to child development.

 

The Montessori approach places an emphasis on:

 

• Independence
• Freedom (within limits)
• Respect
• Mixed age grouping
• Choice
• Uninterrupted (by adult planned activities) periods of work time
